• L.B. Sriram was a theatre veteran with zero film experience when Posani Krishna Murali cast him as the villain in Bobby (2002). Posani took a risk on a stage actor over established film baddies.
• On the sets of Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum (2012), Posani wrote L.B. Sriram's dialogues in real-time, tailoring each line to Sriram's natural delivery. Sriram would then tweak the Telugu dialect to match his character's village roots.
• After Bobby flopped, Posani didn't call L.B. Sriram for a decade. Sriram later said in an interview that he thought Posani had forgotten him. Then out of the blue, Posani phoned him for Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum and said, 'I need your face again.'
