• Arshad Warsi and Aashish Chaudhary first met on the set of Dhamaal (2007). Director Indra Kumar cast them together without a screen test — he just wanted two guys who could bicker like real brothers. They clicked instantly.
• In Dhamaal, Arshad set the pace with his manic energy, and Aashish played the straight man who reacted. But by Double Dhamaal (2011), they had swapped roles — Aashish started improvising, and Arshad had to match his deadpan timing. That switch kept their comedy fresh.
• During the disastrous Kisse Pyaar Karoon (2009), both knew the film was a mess by the second day of shooting. Instead of sulking, they spent the entire schedule pranking each other between takes — Arshad once replaced Aashish's coffee with cold chai. They still laugh about it.
