Life Partner(2009)
Life Partner is a 2009 Indian Hindi-language romantic comedy film directed by Rumi Jaffery. The lead cast includes Govinda, Fardeen Khan, Tusshar Kapoor, Genelia D'Souza, and Prachi Desai. The story follows three friends in Cape Town who face different challenges in their romantic relationships. One is a divorce lawyer who opposes marriage, another struggles with a controlling father, and the third deals with a childish wife. The film was produced by the Abbas-Mustan duo under their Burmawala Bros. banner. Its music was composed by Pritam and Sachin-Jigar, with lyrics by Javed Akhtar. The movie received mixed reviews but performed moderately at the box office, earning ₹180 million against a ₹140 million budget. It was released on 14 August 2009.

Storyline
Three friends in Cape Town have very different views on marriage. Karan wants a stable home but his wife Sanjana is a disaster. Bhavesh dreams of a perfect wife but cannot stand up to his strict father. Jeet is a divorce lawyer who thinks love is a joke. Their lives collide in unexpected ways.
