Mukhbiir(2008)
Mukhbiir (2008) is a Hindi-language spy thriller film directed by Mani Shankar. The film stars Sameer Dattani as a police informer, with Om Puri, Sunil Shetty, Rahul Dev, Sushant Singh, Jackie Shroff, and Raima Sen in supporting roles. The story follows Kailash, an undercover informer who feeds intelligence to the police while living in constant fear of exposure. His biggest threat comes from corrupt officers who sell informers' identities to criminals. The film was inspired by a real encounter director Mani Shankar had with an abandoned Intelligence Bureau recruit. It was shot on a tight budget and released on 29 August 2008 alongside six other films. The music was composed by Pritam, Sandeep Chowta, Shashi Preetam, and Karthik Raja.

Storyline
Kailash works as a police informer in a corrupt city. He feeds information to the cops but lives in fear of being exposed. The biggest threat to his life is not the criminals — it is the corrupt police who might sell him out for money. He must survive long enough to escape the deadly game.
