Storyline
Southall United Football Club is on the verge of collapse. The lease on their ground is expiring, and a greedy businessman wants to build a shopping mall. The only way to save the club is to win the English Football League championship and claim the £3 million prize. A broken former player returns as coach, and a reluctant star striker must join a ragtag team of amateurs to achieve the impossible.
