Barsaat is a 1995 Indian Hindi-language romantic action film directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced by Dharmendra. The film stars Bobby Deol and Twinkle Khanna in their debut roles, with Danny Denzongpa, Raj Babbar, and Mukesh Khanna in supporting parts. The story follows Badal, a village boy who moves to the city for college and falls in love with Tina, a wealthy girl whose greedy stepfather opposes their relationship. The film is notable for launching the careers of both lead actors, who won Filmfare Awards for Best Debut. It was a commercial success, earning ₹29 crore net and becoming the fifth highest-grossing film of 1995. The soundtrack, composed by Nadeem-Shravan, was also a major hit. Storyline
