Mr Ya Miss (transl. Mr or Miss) is a 2005 Indian Hindi-language body swap comedy film written and directed by Antara Mali. The film stars Antara Mali, Riteish Deshmukh, Aftab Shivdasani, and Divya Dutta in lead roles. The story follows Sanjay Patel, a wealthy Gujarati Casanova who dies and is given a second chance by Lord Shiva, only to be transformed into a woman named Sanjana. The film explores themes of gender, empathy, and redemption through its comedic premise. It was produced by Sunil Chainani, Sameer Chand, Yogesh Tevatia, and Ram Gopal Varma. Storyline
A wealthy Casanova named Sanjay Patel dies after breaking too many hearts. In heaven, Lord Shiva gives him a second chance but warns him to change. When Sanjay ignores the warning, Goddess Parvati turns him into a woman. Now living as Sanjana, he must navigate harassment, pregnancy, and a murder accusation to learn respect.
