Sauda: The Deal is a 2005 Hindi drama film directed by Jayprakkash Shaw and written by Miraq Mirza. The lead cast includes Aryan Vaid, Preeti Jhangiani, and Sanjay Kapoor. The story follows Sameer, a debt-ridden young man, who accepts a wealthy businessman's offer of one crore rupees in exchange for his wife Devika spending a night with him. The film explores the emotional fallout of this transaction on the couple's marriage. It is the third Bollywood adaptation of the 1993 Hollywood film Indecent Proposal.
