Dum(2003)
Dum is a 2003 Indian Hindi-language action film directed by Eeshwar Nivas. It stars Vivek Oberoi, Dia Mirza, Atul Kulkarni, and Govind Namdeo. The story follows Uday Shinde, a young man from a poor family who becomes an honest police officer. He fights against a corrupt system led by Inspector Encounter Shankar and Minister Deshmukh. The film is a remake of the 2001 Tamil film Dhill. It received mixed reviews, with praise for its action sequences and performances. The film was released theatrically on 24 January 2003.

Storyline
Two friends from poor families dream of becoming honest cops. They succeed and become famous for their bravery. But one of them crosses paths with a corrupt and violent inspector. The inspector kills his best friend and frames him for murder. Now he must fight the system to clear his name and get revenge.
