Badhaai Ho Badhaai is a 2002 Indian Hindi-language romantic comedy film directed by Satish Kaushik. The film stars Anil Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty, and Keerthi Reddy in lead roles. It is a remake of the 1996 Tamil film Poove Unakkaga. The story follows Raja, a young man who pretends to be the grandson of two feuding families to reunite them. The film features a soundtrack composed by Anu Malik with lyrics by Javed Akhtar. It received negative reviews from critics, with Taran Adarsh giving it one out of five stars. The film was released in theaters on 14 June 2002.

Storyline
Raja arrives in town claiming to be the long-lost grandson of two families who have hated each other for 27 years. Both families refuse to accept him. But Raja has a secret plan — he wants to unite them so his friend can marry the girl he loves. A mysterious woman named Banto shows up and complicates everything.
