Hameshaa(1997)
Hameshaa is a 1997 Indian Hindi-language romantic drama film directed by Sanjay Gupta. The film stars Aditya Pancholi, Saif Ali Khan in a dual role, and Kajol in a dual role, with supporting performances from Aruna Irani and Kader Khan. The story follows two close friends, Raja and Yash, whose bond is shattered when they both fall for the same woman, Rani. Yash's jealousy leads to murder, but the lovers are reborn as Raju and Reshma, destined to reunite and confront their past. The film is notable for its reincarnation theme, which was rare in Bollywood at the time, and features a popular soundtrack by Anu Malik. Storyline
Raja and Yash are best friends until Rani comes between them. Yash kills Raja out of jealousy, and Rani jumps to her death. Years later, they are reborn as Raju and Reshma. They find each other again, but Yash is still alive and wants to destroy their love again. Raju must remember his past to save their future.
