Masoom(1996)
Masoom is a 1996 Indian Hindi-language action film directed by Mahesh Kothare. The cast includes Inder Kumar, Ayesha Jhulka, Omkar Kapoor, Renuka Shahane, and Mohan Joshi. The story follows a young boy named Kishan whose father is murdered by a gangster. Kishan is later kidnapped but uses his intelligence to escape and help a journalist bring the criminal to justice. The film is a remake of Kothare's own Marathi hit Majha Chakula. It was a commercial superhit, earning ₹8.95 crore worldwide against a budget of ₹1.80 crore. The soundtrack, composed by Anand Raj Anand, features the award-winning song 'Chota Bachcha Jaan Ke' sung by Aditya Narayan. The film was released in theaters on May 24, 1996.

Storyline
A young boy named Kishan loses his father to a ruthless gangster. When a journalist tries to expose the gangster, the criminal kidnaps the boy to silence him. But Kishan is no ordinary child. He escapes and turns the tables, helping to bring the gangster to justice.
