Storyline
A trusting village teacher named Sunder is robbed in Mumbai and left homeless. He takes shelter in a graveyard, where he accidentally awakens the ghost of a former gangster named Marco. Only Sunder can see Marco. The ghost promises to help Sunder build a school if Sunder helps him return stolen money and reconcile with his daughter. But Marco's greedy former partner Kunta is also hunting for the treasure.
