Chaarulatha(2012)
Chaarulatha is a 2012 Indian horror film directed by Pon Kumaran. The film stars Priyamani in a dual role as twin sisters Chaaru and Latha. Skanda Ashok and Saranya Ponvannan appear in supporting roles. The story follows Chaaru, who is haunted by the ghost of her deceased twin sister. The film is a remake of the 2006 Korean horror film 'Alone'. It was simultaneously shot in Tamil and Kannada languages. The movie received mixed reviews from critics but was noted for Priyamani's performance. It was released in theaters in 2012.
