Kaashmora is a 2016 Indian Tamil-language fantasy horror masala film directed by Gokul. The film stars Karthi in a dual role, alongside Nayanthara, Sri Divya, and Vivek. The story follows a small-time conman who pretends to be a witch doctor. He and his family become trapped in a haunted palace inhabited by a vengeful 700-year-old spirit. The film blends comedy, horror, and historical flashbacks. It was produced by Dream Warrior Pictures and released on 28 October 2016 during Diwali. Storyline
A fake witch doctor named Kaashmora cheats people for money. After scamming a powerful politician, he hides in a forbidden palace. But the palace is haunted by a real ghost. Kaashmora must survive the night and break the curse.
