It is the fourth installment in the Raaz film series. The story follows a couple who move into a haunted house in Bucharest, Romania, where a vengeful spirit terrorizes them. The film explores themes of heartbreak, sacrifice, and supernatural revenge. It was produced by Mukesh Bhatt, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar under the Vishesh Films and T-Series banners. The cinematography was handled by Manoj Soni. The film was released theatrically on 16 September 2016.

Storyline
