Thangamana Rasa is a 1989 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed and co-written by V. Azhagappan. The film stars Ramarajan as Thangarasu and Kanaka as Kannamma, with Goundamani, Senthil, Vinu Chakravarthy, and Rajeev in supporting roles. The story follows a family torn apart after a man accidentally kills his brother and is sentenced to life imprisonment, leaving his son to navigate a feud with his vengeful cousin. The film was released on 28 October 1989 for the Diwali festival and became a commercial success despite competing against major releases. It was later remade in Telugu as Muddula Menalludu in 1990.

Storyline
