'Muthal Vasantham' is a 1986 Indian Tamil-language masala film directed by Manivannan and produced by P. Kalaimani. The story follows an orphan servant who falls in love with his landlord's daughter in a village torn apart by two rival landlords. The film explores themes of love, tyranny, sacrifice, and forgiveness. Ilaiyaraaja composed the soundtrack, with the song 'Aarum Athu Aalam Illai' set in the raga Vakulabharanam. The film was a commercial success, running for over 25 weeks in theatres. It was remade in Telugu as 'Asthulu Anthasthulu' (1988) and in Hindi as 'Hum Bhi Insaan Hain' (1989).

Storyline
