Revathi(1986)
Revathi is a 1986 Indian Tamil-language family drama film directed by Sundar K. Vijayan in his directorial debut. The film stars Suresh and Revathi in the lead roles, with Anand Babu, Jaishankar, Sarath Babu, Thengai Srinivasan, Sujatha, and Varalakshmi in supporting roles. The story centers on a young bride who faces mistreatment from her mother-in-law and struggles to find acceptance in her new home. The film explores themes of love, sacrifice, and family unity. Music was composed by Shankar–Ganesh, with lyrics by Vairamuthu, Vaali, and Pulamaipithan. Cinematography was handled by G. Or. Nathan, and editing by D. Vasu. The film received praise for Revathi's performance and two of its songs, with Kalki magazine calling Sundar's direction non-fussy. Revathi was released on 30 May 1986.

Storyline
