Jothi is a 2022 Indian Tamil-language crime thriller film directed by AV Krishna Paramatma. The cast includes Vetri, Sheela Rajkumar, Krisha Kurup, S P Rajasethupathi, and Mime Gopi. The story follows a pregnant woman whose unborn child is stolen from her womb. The police investigation uncovers a baby-selling racket run by a trusted doctor. The film is based on a real-life kidnapping incident in Cuddalore. It was shot during relaxed COVID restrictions in 2021. Critics panned the film for its amateurish direction and weak police work. The film was released on 28 July 2022.

Storyline
