Adisaya Piravigal(1982)
Adisaya Piravigal is a 1982 Indian Tamil-language masala film directed by R. Thyagarajan. The film stars Karthik, Prabhu, Radha, and Rajyalakshmi in lead roles. It follows four naive brothers who are completely dependent on their mother and must learn to become independent after her death. Their journey involves love, marriage, and a conflict with a greedy uncle over stolen family jewellery. The film was praised by critics for the performances of the actors playing the four village idiots. It was released on 14 November 1982, coinciding with the Diwali festival.

Storyline
Four brothers are village idiots who cannot do anything without their mother. After she dies, their uncle steals the family jewellery. The youngest brother marries a strong woman who decides to teach them all to be independent. They must learn to stand on their own and fight for their rightful property.
