Storyline

Chella Durai falls in love with the shy Mangalam during their arranged marriage meeting. But her father Ponnambalam refuses to accept him due to a dowry dispute. With help from Mangalam's uncle Nambiar, Chella Durai must prove his love and win over a stubborn father before it is too late.
