Nenjile Thunivirunthal(1981)
Nenjile Thunivirunthal is a 1981 Indian Tamil-language action drama film directed by S. A. Chandrasekhar. The film stars Vijayakanth and Swapna in lead roles, with Goundamani, Manorama, and Vijayashanti in supporting parts. The story follows Muthu, a young man falsely accused of murdering his father, who escapes custody to uncover the real culprit. The film explores themes of false accusation, trust, and justice. It was released on 29 August 1981 and was later remade in Telugu as Palletoori Monagadu and in Kannada as Hasida Hebbuli. The soundtrack was composed by Shankar–Ganesh with lyrics by Vairamuthu and Pulamaipithan.

Storyline
Muthu is blamed for his father's murder and arrested. He escapes and hides in his village to find the real killer. Vasanthi, who loves him, helps him. The wealthy Gounder is the true murderer. Muthu fights to prove his innocence and bring Gounder to justice.
