'Panneer Pushpangal' is a 1981 Indian Tamil-language teen romance film. It was the directorial debut of Santhana Bharathi and P. Vasu. The film stars Suresh as Aravind Prabhu and Shanthi Krishna as Uma. Pratap Pothen plays the supportive teacher Prem. The story follows two high school students who fall in love at a boarding school. Their teacher helps them, but their parents strongly oppose the relationship. The film was shot in the Nilgiris at St. George's Homes. Ilaiyaraaja composed the soundtrack, which includes the popular song 'Ananda Raagam'. The film was praised for its honest portrayal of adolescent love. It was released on 3 July 1981.
