'Ellorum Nallavare' is a 1975 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed and produced by S. S. Balan. The lead cast includes R. Muthuraman, Manjula Vijayakumar, Lokesh, V. S. Raghavan, and Jayanthi. The story follows a greedy moneylender who controls a village through unfair loans, while his kind-hearted son fights for justice and love. A devastating flood destroys everything, forcing the moneylender to confront his cruelty. The film was a trilingual production, also released in Telugu as 'Andaroo Manchivare' and Hindi as 'Ek Gaon Ki Kahani'. It was the final film produced under the Gemini Studios banner and was a box office failure in Tamil and Hindi, leading to the studio's collapse. The music was composed by V. Kumar with lyrics by Pulamaipithan.

Storyline
