Shabash Thambi(1967)
Shabash Thambi is a 1967 Indian Tamil-language spy thriller film directed by C. P. Jambulingam and produced by K. R. Balan. The film stars Jaishankar as Sekar and L. Vijayalakshmi as Shanthi, with S. A. Ashokan, Nagesh, and Thengai Srinivasan in supporting roles. The story follows Sekar, who refuses to believe his brother Ramesh died by suicide and launches his own investigation to uncover the murder. The music was composed by S. M. Subbaiah Naidu with lyrics by Vaali. The film was released on 10 February 1967 and received mixed reviews, with critics noting its old-fashioned plot but praising the child actor Master Rajkumar.
