Storyline

A young unemployed woman named Seetha becomes a stage actress. After a wealthy man pursues her, she is rescued by a man named Rajan and they fall in love and marry. When the wealthy man is later murdered, Seetha becomes involved in the trial, causing a temporary rift in her new family before the truth reunites them.
