Anbu Magan (1961) is a Tamil-language drama film directed by T. Prakash Rao. The film stars A. Nageswara Rao as Dr. Anand and Savitri as Ratna Devi. The story follows a doctor who gives his newborn son to a grieving widow after her miscarriage. He hides the truth and later suffers silently. The film explores themes of sacrifice, motherhood, and greed. It was produced by T. V. S. Raju under Pragathi Art Productions. The screenplay and dialogues were written by Murasoli Maran. Kamal Ghosh handled cinematography. The music was composed by T. Chalapathi Rao. Anbu Magan is a remake of the Hindi film Chirag Kahan Roshni Kahan (1959). It was released on 27 January 1961.

Storyline
Dr. Anand is a respected doctor. His wife dies in childbirth. He gives his baby boy to a widowed woman who lost her child. Years later, his selfish wife Maya discovers the secret. She takes the child to court. The child is caught between two mothers. Dr. Anand must choose between his duty and his love.
