Kahani Ek Chor Ki(1981)
Kahani Ek Chor Ki is a 1981 Indian Hindi-language action drama film directed by S. Ramanathan. It stars Jeetendra, Moushumi Chatterjee, and Vinod Mehra. The story follows a family torn apart by a father who forces his son into theft. The mother leaves and raises one son honestly, while the other son becomes a pickpocket. Years later, tragedy forces the elder son back into crime, leading to secrets, betrayal, and a final reunion. The film features music by Ravindra Jain and was produced by Balubhai Shah under the Deepak International banner. It is notable for being actress Lakshmi's last Hindi film as a heroine before her 25-year break from Bollywood.
