Thoranai (also released as Pistha in Telugu) is a 2009 Indian masala film directed by Sabha Ayyappan. The film stars Vishal, Shriya Saran, and Prakash Raj in lead roles. It follows Murugan, a man from Madurai who travels to Chennai to find his long-lost brother. He discovers his brother has become a gangster named Guru. Storyline
A young man from Madurai comes to Chennai to find his brother who ran away from home twenty years ago. He gets caught in a violent gang war between two powerful criminals. He discovers that one of the gangsters is his long-lost brother. Now he must save his brother from his enemies and bring him back to their family.
