Indira Vizha is a 2009 Indian Tamil-language erotic thriller film directed by K. Rajeshwar and produced by Ashok K. Kotwani. The film stars Srikanth, Namitha, and Shruti Marathe in her Tamil debut, with Nassar, Vivek, Ragasya, Radha Ravi, and Y. G. Mahendra in supporting roles. The story follows Santhosh, a creative head at a television channel, who is falsely accused of sexual harassment by his vengeful ex-lover Kamini, now married to his boss. The music was composed by debutant Yatish Mahadev with lyrics by Vairamuthu. The film is loosely based on the Hindi film Aitraaz, which itself was adapted from the American film Disclosure. Critical reception was negative, with reviewers criticizing the fractured screenplay and inconsistent tone. The film was released on 10 July 2009.

Storyline
Santhosh Srinivasan is a successful creative head at a TV channel. His peaceful life shatters when his ex-lover Kamini returns as the wife of his boss. Kamini wants revenge and falsely accuses Santhosh of sexual harassment. Santhosh must fight to prove his innocence and save his marriage.
