Aadhi(2006)
Aathi is a 2006 Indian Tamil-language action film directed by Ramana and produced by S. A. Chandrasekhar. It stars Vijay as Aathi and Trisha as Anjali, with Prakash Raj, Sai Kumar, Nassar, and Vivek in supporting roles. The story follows Aathi, a college student hiding his tragic past, who moves to Chennai to avenge his family's murder by a ruthless gangster named RDX. The film is a remake of the 2005 Telugu film Athanokkade. It received mixed reviews from critics and was a commercial failure at the box office. The music was composed by Vidyasagar. The film released on 15 January 2006 during the Pongal festival.

Storyline
Aathi is a cheerful college student with a dark secret. His entire family was murdered by a gangster named RDX. He moves to Chennai to hunt down the killers. Along the way, he reunites with his cousin Anjali, who also survived the massacre. Together, they take bloody revenge on everyone responsible.
