Thirupathi is a 2006 Indian Tamil-language vigilante masala film written and directed by Perarasu. It stars Ajith Kumar as Thirupathi and Sadha as Priya, with Arun Pandian, Riyaz Khan, and Sampath Raj in supporting roles. The story follows Thirupathi, a man who seeks justice after his pregnant sister dies due to a corrupt doctor. The doctor turns out to be the brother of Thirupathi's best friend, creating a conflict between loyalty and revenge. Produced by AVM Productions, the film was their 167th production. It was released on April 14, 2006. Despite mixed critical reviews, Perarasu won the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Story Writer. The music was composed by Bharadwaj.

Storyline
Thirupathi's pregnant sister dies because a corrupt doctor ignores her. The doctor is the brother of Thirupathi's best friend, Soori. Thirupathi wants to punish the doctor. Soori tries to protect his brother. The two friends become enemies. Thirupathi must fight his way through betrayal and violence to get justice for his sister.
