Ennamma Kannu(2000)
Ennamma Kannu is a 2000 Indian Tamil-language drama film written and directed by Sakthi Chidambaram. The film stars Sathyaraj as Kasi, a womaniser, and Devayani as Gayathri, a woman betrayed by her lover. The story follows Kasi as he helps Gayathri after her boyfriend Vishwa abandons her to marry a rich woman. The film features Vadivelu in a dual role as a pimp and a police inspector, providing comic relief. Music was composed by Deva, with lyrics by Vaali. The film was remade in Telugu as Ramma Chilakamma in 2001. It was released on 16 June 2000 and received mixed to positive reviews for Sathyaraj's performance and the emotional storyline.

Storyline
Kasi, a carefree womaniser, meets Gayathri and mistakes her for a call girl. Gayathri is in love with Vishwa, who plans to marry her. But Vishwa betrays her to marry a rich woman. Kasi helps Gayathri and falls in love with her, but sacrifices his own happiness to protect her honour.
