Storyline

Romeo is a wealthy young man in Bangalore who becomes popular with women thanks to his friend Raj Mohan's encouragement. He falls for a fan named Madhu, and their families arrange their marriage. Romeo then discovers Raj is stealing patients' kidneys and having them killed, but before he can expose him, Romeo is shot and thrown off a cliff.

A charming dancer uncovers a deadly hospital secret.
