Nila(1994)
Nila is a 1994 Indian Tamil-language romance film directed by Nambirajan. The film stars Jayaram and Vineetha in lead roles, with Yuvarani, Goundamani, Senthil, Gandhimathi, Vijayakumar, Manjula Vijayakumar, and Prakash Raj in supporting roles. The story follows Ayyanar, a kulfi street vendor, who takes in a woman suffering from amnesia and names her Nila. After they marry and have a child, Nila regains her memory and must choose between her past and her new family. The film was noted for its emotional narrative and was compared to Moondram Pirai by critics. It was released on 24 November 1994.
