- Their pairing in Periya Kudumbam (1995) was so well-received that the film's producer, K. Balaji, directly launched a new comedy track in his next project just to cast them again. That project never materialized, but the script was later repurposed for a 1997 film starring a different pair.
- Vineetha said in a 1996 interview: 'Senthil never treated me like a newcomer. He would whisper the next line if I forgot it, but make it look like part of the scene. I owe my first film's confidence to him.'
- After Periya Kudumbam (1995), Senthil and Vineetha never worked together again. But they stayed in touch. Vineetha once sent Senthil a handwritten note when he was hospitalized in 2001. He kept it in his wallet until his death.
