'Karpagam Vanthachu' is a 1993 Indian Tamil-language comedy film directed by R. Krishnamoorthy. It stars Arjun as Sakthivel and Radhika Sarathkumar as Karpagam. The story follows a poor rickshaw puller and an outspoken meal-delivery woman who fall in love. She is hired to pose as a strict mother-in-law to discipline two arrogant wives. The film is an adaptation of Komal Swaminathan's stage play 'Delhi Maamiyar'. It was released on 15 October 1993 and later dubbed into Telugu as 'Bejawada Rowdy'. The music was composed by Shankar–Ganesh. Critical reception was mixed, with some reviewers finding it inferior to the source play.

Storyline
