Velai Kidaichuduchu is a 1990 Indian Tamil-language crime action film written and directed by P. Vasu. The film stars Sathyaraj as Palanisamy and Gautami as his love interest. The story follows Palanisamy, a man who moves to a village terrorized by a local don named Baasha. He decides to fight Baasha and his political boss Purushothaman to free the village. The film was praised for its raw action sequences and emotional sacrifice ending. It was remade in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi. The soundtrack was composed by Hamsalekha with lyrics by Vaali. The film was released on 15 August 1990.

Storyline
