→Trivia
- The film's title 'Kevvu Keka' is a popular Telugu slang phrase meaning 'to show off' or 'to act smart,' setting the tone for the comedy.
- Director Devi Prasad is also a noted screenwriter, having written for hit comedies like 'Dhee' before making his directorial debut with this film.
- This was one of the final film appearances of veteran comedian M.S. Narayana, who plays the heroine's father; he passed away the following year.
- The movie features a cameo by actor Suneel in a comedy role, adding to the film's ensemble of comic performers.
- Parts of the film were shot in the popular Hyderabad shopping destination, the Kalanikethan Mall, which is also the main character's workplace.
- The soundtrack, composed by Anoop Rubens, includes a song 'Chamkeela Angeelesi' that became a moderate hit for its peppy tune.
- Despite its comedic premise, the film underperformed at the box office compared to other Allari Naresh comedies released around the same time.
