Nandeeswarudu(2012)
Nandeeswarudu is a 2012 Indian Telugu-language action film directed by Sreeenu Yarajala. The film stars Nandamuri Taraka Ratna, Jagapathi Babu, and Sheena Shahabadi in lead roles. It is a remake of the 2005 Kannada film Deadly Soma. The story follows Nandu, a young man who becomes a crime lord after a family conflict lands him in prison. Commissioner Eeswar Prasad is tasked with stopping him but instead gives him a second chance. The film explores themes of family honor, system failure, and redemption. It features music composed by Parthasarathy with lyrics by Ram Paidesetti. The film was released on 20 January 2012 and was declared a flop at the box office. Critics panned it as a poor remake with weak execution.

Storyline
A young man named Nandu dreams of becoming a police officer to fulfill his mother's wish. But after he breaks a man's leg for humiliating his father, he ends up in jail. Now branded a criminal, he cannot return home. In the city, he witnesses gangsters terrorizing innocent people. He takes the law into his own hands and becomes a feared crime lord. An honest police commissioner must decide whether to arrest him or give him a second chance.
