
Eenadu(2009)
Eenadu is a 2009 Telugu-language psychological thriller film directed by Chakri Toleti. It stars Venkatesh as DGP Eashwar Prasad and Kamal Haasan as the anonymous caller Karamchand Lala. The plot follows a police commissioner who receives a threat from a caller who has planted bombs across Hyderabad and demands the release of four terrorists. The film is a remake of the 2008 Tamil film Unnaipol Oruvan, also directed by Toleti and produced by Kamal Haasan. It was praised for its tight screenplay, sharp dialogues, and strong performances, particularly from Venkatesh and Kamal Haasan. The film runs for 102 minutes and was released in theatres with a UA certification.

Storyline
Hyderabad police commissioner Eashwar Prasad gets a call from a stranger who says bombs are hidden all over the city. The caller demands the release of four terrorists. If Eashwar refuses, the bombs will explode. Eashwar must find the caller and stop the bombs before time runs out.
