Trivia

  • The film's title 'Nuvvante Nakishtam' translates to 'Your Love' in English, a common theme in E.V.V. Satyanarayana's romantic comedies.
  • This was one of the few films where actor Tarun Kumar played a supporting role, as he was primarily known as a lead actor in the early 2000s.
  • The movie was shot extensively in picturesque locations in Kerala, a departure from the typical Hyderabad or Chennai sets of the time.
  • Composer Chakri, known for his peppy numbers, provided the music, but the soundtrack did not achieve the same popularity as his earlier hits like 'Jayam'.
  • The plot involves a case of mistaken identity and fabricated death, a recurring comedic device in E.V.V.'s films like 'Nuvvu Naaku Nachav'.
  • Actress Gopika, who played the female lead, was primarily a Malayalam film star, and this was one of her few major Telugu releases.
  • The film's release coincided with a crowded season, facing competition from bigger star vehicles, which affected its box office performance.
