'Ammayi Bagundi' is a 2004 Indian Telugu-language romantic drama film directed by Balasekaran. The film stars Sivaji and Meera Jasmine in her Telugu debut, with Meera Jasmine playing a dual role. The story follows Shiva, a marketing executive who marries Sathya, only to discover she is the lookalike of Janani, the woman he secretly loved. The film explores themes of mistaken identity, marital commitment, and self-discovery. It is a remake of the Tamil film 'Parthiban Kanavu' (2003) and was a commercial success at the box office. The music was composed by M.M. Srilekha. The film was later dubbed into Malayalam as 'Manjupeyyum Munpe'.

Storyline
Shiva falls in love with a woman he sees at a bus stop. He agrees to an arranged marriage and is shocked to find his bride is the same woman. But on his wedding night, he sees the woman he loved standing at the same bus stop. He realizes his wife and his fantasy love are two different people who look identical. Now he must choose between his dream and his real wife.
