'Vooru Manadiraa' is a 2002 Indian Telugu-language revolutionary drama film directed by R. Narayana Murthy. The cast includes R. Narayana Murthy as Bheemudu, Siddappa Naidu as Durgaprasad Deshmukh, and Telangana Sakunthala as Rajamma. The story follows a group of oppressed farm laborers in a Telangana village who rise up against a cruel landlord. The film is based on the real land movement that fueled Naxalism in the region. It was a commercial success in the Nizam region (modern-day Telangana) but a box office failure in Andhra Pradesh. Critics praised the film's raw portrayal of class struggle and its folk music composed by Koti. The film was released in 2002.

Storyline

Bheemudu is a poor farm laborer who dreams of owning a small piece of land. But the cruel landlord Durgaprasad Deshmukh controls everything. When peaceful protests fail and violence erupts, Bheemudu must decide whether to fight back or accept a life of slavery.
