Trivia

- Director Vignesh Pandiyan reportedly drew inspiration from classic Tamil comedy-horror films of the 2000s for the ghost's character design.
- The character Mottai Rajendran is named after a popular Tamil comedian, creating a meta-reference for local audiences.
- This was one of the first Tamil films announced for 2025 to blend horror and comedy with a strong anti-suicide message.
- The screenplay was initially workshopped at a Chennai writers' lab focusing on social messages within commercial genres.
- The film's synopsis suggests it uses ghostly comedy to break the fourth wall and directly address the viewer about life's value.
- Early promotional material highlighted the ghost's role as a preventive guide, not a typical scary spirit.
