- The fictional commando Hanut Singh shares his first name with a real NSG commando decorated for the 2008 Mumbai attacks.
- The production built a large-scale temple set in Mumbai to film the siege sequences for logistical control.
- The film's release date was moved to avoid clashing with another major patriotic action film in early 2025.
- A key action sequence required the lead actor to train for months in close-quarters battle (CQB) techniques.
- The script was reportedly inspired by real accounts of NSG commandos dealing with post-traumatic stress.
