Maa Balaji is a 1999 Indian Telugu-language comedy-drama film directed by Kodi Ramakrishna. The film stars Vadde Naveen as Balaji and Maheshwari as Pooja, with Laya in a supporting role. The story follows a young man who pretends to be married to please his mother, leading to a series of comedic and emotional complications. Storyline
Balaji loves his family but cannot afford a wedding. To make his mother happy, he claims he is already married. He finds Pooja to play his fake wife, but the lie grows out of control. Real feelings develop, and a villain threatens to expose everything.
