Omkaram(1997)
Omkaram is a 1997 Indian Telugu-language action drama film directed by Upendra in his Telugu directorial debut. The film stars Dr. Rajasekhar, Prema, and Bhagyashree in lead roles. It is a remake of Upendra's own 1995 Kannada film Om, with Prema reprising her role. The story follows Satya, a priest's son who turns to crime after falling in love with Madhuri. The film explores themes of love, betrayal, and the consequences of violence. Hamsalekha composed the soundtrack, retaining three songs from the original Kannada version. The Telugu version was an average success at the box office. The film is noted for its intense emotional tone and Upendra's distinctive storytelling style.

Storyline
