Pavitra Bandham(1996)
Pavitra Bandham is a 1996 Indian Telugu-language romantic drama film directed and co-written by Muthyala Subbaiah. The film stars Venkatesh and Soundarya in lead roles, with S. P. Balasubrahmanyam in a supporting role. The story follows Vijay, a westernised rich man who agrees to a one-year marriage contract with Radha, a poor secretary. After the contract ends, Vijay leaves Radha but later regrets his decision. The film was produced by C. Venkataraju and G. Sivaraju under the Geeta Chitra International banner. It was declared a blockbuster at the box office in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The film won three Nandi Awards, including Best Feature Film, Best Actress for Soundarya, and Best Supporting Actor for S. P. Balasubrahmanyam. The music was composed by M. M. Keeravani. The film was remade in six other languages, including Hindi as Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain.

Storyline
A rich, westernised man named Vijay agrees to marry Radha, a poor secretary, for only one year. After the contract ends, he leaves her. But he soon realises his mistake and tries to win her back. Radha, hurt and pregnant, refuses to trust him again.
